TUITION ASSISTANCE

NEED FINANCIAL HELP TO GET THE TRAINING YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR FURTHER YOUR CAREER?

ATTENDING COLLEGE OR THINKING ABOUT GETTING YOUR ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND STRUGGLING WITH THE COSTS INVOLVED?

Michigan Works! can help!

If you're within the last 2 years of receiving your degree or certification in a high-demand career and you're struggling financially to complete your education, Michigan Works! may be able to help with tuition assistance and other supports!

Michigan Works! Classroom Training Programs are not an entitlement program, however many people may qualify for assistance with training costs. All interested persons who meet the eligibility criteria will be given assessments to see if they have the aptitude to succeed in their desired training program. These assessments play a role in determining a person's enrollment in the program. Personal accountability and compliance with program parameters is also taken into account when determining whether an individual is enrolled.

Whether you’re exploring a new direction or returning to school after time away, our Adult Learner Toolkit will help you understand your options, find support, and take the next steps toward the future you want.
