Michael is employed as a Door Dash driver, but his car was in bad need of repair. The engine was overheating and this issue was beginning to affect his ability to continue doing his job and/or searching for another job. He stopped by Michigan Works! seeking assistance.

Career Navigator Mary Davis was able to utilize BRES funding (Barrier Removal Employment Success) to get Michael the car repairs he desperately needed. Thanks to the assistance he received, he is able to continue working at his Door Dash job, as well as continue to look for new opportunities.
