May 16—Michigan Works! coordinated an Alcohol Server Certification training for six employees of Dead Bear Brewing Company in Grayling. The training was presented by Up North Prevention through a grant, so the training was free of charge to the employer.

Of the six employees being training, one was the restaurant manager. Another round of training will be held for Dear Bear when their summer employees are hired on.
